I have placed an order (TOW14899) for Apollo (AMAZER 4G TUBELESS) Tyres in tyreonwheels.com on 10 dec'15.I have paid the full amount of 9, 773/- . When I tried to call the customer care, they are not giving proper status of my order. They are simple telling that product has been dispatched without providing me the tracking Id of the product. It’s already 40 days since I have placed my order where they told it would deliver within 7 days from the date of placing the order. I could not even reach them know the status or cancel the order for refund.
