Hi team,

This is madhukeshwar from bangalore. I have ordered 2 tyres on 27th may 2016, order number tow16188may535510, but till now i have not received the product & no one responsding properly wheneven i dail delhi number [protected].
Even i contacted mr. Bhaskar (Ramph tyres contact in bangalore, and he is helpless & telling me to check with delhi team only. I am really lost & i dont know whether i will get my money back or not?

Will you please refund money if you are unable to deliver the product. Almost one month over, till now no response only. Seriously this is a bad service to customer.

I have the bad experience with them and moved in the legal way to get the refund. I have emailed the owner with the complaint registered to the PM portal and the CBI office in New Delhi. After sending the copy of these emails they are pressured to refund my money. I recommend you to file a case in your local police station and register the same for cyber crime in the consumer forum in your district.
