I have ordered tubeless tyres for my Hyundai i10 on 21 Sept 2015.( a year back)
After two months i got a call from MR. Rajath( introduced as MD of the compony and sits in delhi) stating the tyres i am looking for is out of stock, and they will send a replacement tyres. For which i said no and asked them to cancel the order and refund money.. he even agreed to refund the money, . But its almost a year nothing have progressed. He never picks the phone even after multiple calls.
