Tyreonwheels.com — Non delivery of orders placed after payment taken

I ordered for two MRF brand tyres for maruti 800 on two dates 25 august and 26 august 2015. The site have update of 25 august 2015 as order complete and closed but I have not received any consignment till date. For the order placed on 26 August, it is updated as payment completed and order under process. I have repeatedly tried to contact them but they are not responding with correct information and neither cancelling my orders. The payment of 4198 has been made but I am getting only excuses and no tyres. the order numbers are TOW13476Aug946942 for Rs 2138.00 booked on 25 August and status says Shipped and Completed. The other one being on[protected]:21:24 with order no TOW13503Aug899565 for Rs 2087.00 Processing. Pankaj
