Hi Team,

I made an order through your web portal. Order ID below for your reference.

From the ordered date to till now it is showing as processing. Your customer care number was never been reachable. When I tried to email your customer feedback email [protected]@tyreonwheels.com I am getting a delivery failure notice. There was one email received from one of your colleague stating it will be processed and delivered, but it is still under processing state.

I never got such a worst experience with any other company. I missed to check the feedbacks and complaints before booking this order.

If you guys don't have stock/any specific issues, please update your customer for the reason on delay. Don't make your customers to run behind you for order delivery.

If you guys don't have stock or unable to process my order, please return the money.
