Uber Cabs — Wrongly charged | |||||
On 11th june'2016 i booked a uber cab from udyog bhawan metro stn, delhi. Using uber app on my android phone with username "[protected]@rediffmail.com" then i called the driver whose details were sent to me. But he denied to come on destination on time and told me that it will take approx half an hour. But when i booked the cab it shown 2 min only to come. Now i had to cancel the trip because i was getting late. So i cancelled the trip and uber deducted rs. 80 from my paytm a/c. So, how it was my fault that uber deducted money... It was driver who denied and uber who gave incorrect information regarding the time of cab to come to me Was this information helpful? | |||||
