Uber India — Overcharged for my trip on 25th june 2017 | |||
My name is ramkumar s. Last sunday night (25th june 2017) at about 21:34, i made a trip from vadavalli (Coimbatore) to coimbatore railway station. While doing the booking through uber app, i was neither informed about the trip fare through app nor did i get any sms regarding the same. When i got down at the railway station, to my surprise i was charged a whopping sum of rs.366.71 by the driver mr. Somasundaram. When i enquired him about this increase in fare, he said that it was charged 3 times becoz it is a sunday. During my stay in coimbatore from 23rd june till 25th june, i had used uber cab service for 12 times and that too on sunday i used it 4 times. I would like to get a refund amount of at least rs.225 as i feel i had been deceived by your kind of service. I would expect an explanation for this over pricing and would want you to refund rs.225. Expecting a favorable reply to your regular customer. Two times happen the same thing that Uber Pool Shows 49 and charge more than that. I Have sent the request but not a single response comes from your side.
Check and resolve the issue and refund.
