[Resolved] Uniconnect — Frustated with Uniconnect and the team

Its not the first time that I have traveled abroad or used an international sim card service, but today am really frustrated with the services that uniconnect sim cards in providing in Europe. The network is sick and the data doesn’t work at all. In fact hasn’t been working for the last 3 days now. I called up their customer services for help and I was literally on hold for 20 minutes. 20 minutes and then a dead tone. I rarely write these reviews. But I'm so freaking angry that I had to find a way to communicate how these guys service their customers. We pay a bomb for Uniconnect international sim cards with absolutely zero connectivity. This is absolutely absurd.
