Uniconnect — SIM card taken for USA not working

On 19th while starting for USA I have taken one SIM card (Mobile no : [protected]) of Rs3500/- (bill No : 293529). Surprisingly the same is not working since I have landed in USA. Data connection started working after 1 day once I have given repeated complaints to local help line no 611. But India calling is not through even after many calls. I had call India help line no [protected] from another mobile still it is not working. This is purely cheating a person when he is travelling abroad. Need refund immediately if not resolved today and get confirmation in my another USA no +1 [protected]. This is a nasty way to make money. I recommend no one to take connection from them. It is so much of harassment when you are in abroad.
