Uniconnect has the worst customer service ever! On a recent trip to Europe I used a pre-paid connection in which I added a value of 50 pounds which were not used as the connection didn’t work. I was assured my money would be refunded but now it has been 2 months and am still waiting for a refund! Was this information helpful? | |||
