Uniconnect Sim — Uniconnect is the most horrible prepaid international sim card

Uniconnect is the most horrible pre paid international sim card --- i wanted a pre paid sim card so I bought a uniconnect sim to use in Thailand. So basically my idea was to carry a sim card so that my parents could call me anytime they wanted so uniconnect sims made more sense. Once I started using them I realised that there services was really bad. Money from my prpepaid number would just get debited after sometime of receiveing a call and because I knew incomings were free, and I wasn’t making any outgoing calls, I knew they were just deducting money for the heck of it.. theire customer care also didn’t agree to this and I had some 3000rs on that sim card which got exhausted for no reason and wasn’t even refunded. The worst pre paid sim cards ever ---
