Uniconnect Sim — Very rude customer care | |||
I had got my daughter a uniconnect sim card foor france and we were recharging it for her from India. The initial few days everything was working fine. But after 3 days, we couldn’t get through her number at all. So when we called their customer center asking for a probable reasons, they said we must’ve not recharged her number so they must have disconnected her services. As a matter of fact they had disconnected her services, even while she had enough balance. We even escalated this matter to the sales guy who sold us the number but still no one helped us in getting the number functional. Ultimately she had to buy a local number from there itself and discarded that Uniconnect sim. Was this information helpful? | |||
