A caution to everyone, never ever respond to any franchise offer from unidus services (Manpower) pvt. Ltd. These people are real burglars they are only eyeing over other people's money. They will put a colorful picture of their business in front of you and assure you breakeven in 6 months and lots of profits over investment. Then after gaining your interest they will make you sign on their fraud mou document making you invest a huge amount as franchise fee keeping it non refundable. Once you sign and give them your money they will forget you and bring you to panic. These are monsters. I'm really panicked in my life by these monsters. Unidus Services Manpower customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 26, 2016 Unidus Services Manpower Customer Care's response Bipin Mohite tried all possible ways to take refund of the Franchisee Fee he paid us even after knowing the fact that the Franchisee Fee is Non-Refundable & also mentioned in the Franchisee MOU.He even tried to Harass us Legally as well by sending us Legal Notices from Lawyers & we were even forced to visit Police Station 3-4 times. But Finally the out come was that even The Police supported us that we have not cheated Bipin Mohite in any manner, Gave us a Clear Chit.. In fact the Police suggested us to take Legal actions on Bipin Mohite for these undue Harassment, abusing us, spoiling our Brand, But we never took any steps against Bipin Mohite just looking at his family & his career ahead. All out there who still feels we have Cheated Bipin Mohite, You are requested to meet us at our Mumbai HO for understanding the Fact. Your frustrations are clearly visible Rahul Vyas. Its not me but you who came up with the business offer. I gave a flat NO on the Andheri branch but you came up with space in Mira Road and all. its you who wanted me to invest in your business.
If I didn't knew anything about business then why did you came up with your business offer at all to a guy like me who didn't knew anything about business. Itself indicates that you wanted me to trap into your business and only get a huge amount of INR 6, 45, 000 from my pocket.
Also when I was in Japan then why you wanted my wife to sign on the MOU to start the business, should've waited for me to come to India in that case.
I haven't done any dual employment and all. I have evidence that you said me not to leave my job in Japan. That's the reason why I invested in your business. If you would've said me that I will have to leave my job for your business then I wouldn't have invested my HARD EARNED MONEY into your business and left my job in Japan.
We too have many evidences on how you said your business is and how much you were after me coming with many options and offers to make it easy for me to invest a HUGE AMOUNT.

Bipin Mohite - As a Franchiser we send our proposals to many & only interested individuals gets back to us who wills to get associated & take our Franchisee.
You showed your interest & took our Franchisee, an office in Andheri would have cost you 3-4 lacs rentals annually - so we gave you an additional support to use our office premises But still you have to blame us again for this favor.
It was your decision that your wife will look after this Business as she was in India But neither you nor your wife took any sort of initiative to operate the Business where you invested your hard earned money. This is your fault & not ours - Stop playing Blaming games & have guts to accept the fact that you failed in running this Business.

Any Firm would opt for all possible platforms to promote their Business & Email campaign is the most common of all.
There are no bindings on any individual to reply to those promotional emails - Only those individuals replies who are interested or planning to have some sort of Business opportunity, You were one among them and so you replied as you wanted to quit your job in Japan & return to India and live with your family.
You never understood Business & you will never understand Business and thats the only reason why you keep asking for refunds.
Accept the fact that you tried a business where you failed only because of your lackings and not because of Undius.

You didn't get any clean chit from any police. Police reply is that we can put forward our case against you'll anytime, because this is a matter of money and needs to be dealt in court.
And you cannot put any case against me unless you reply to our case because its we who have sent the notice first which you'll haven't replied yet.

Abusing !!! Bipin Mohite have always abused us saying "GUNDA", "THIEF", "ROBBERS", "BURGLARS", "CHEATERS" and we have all these evidences as a proof to prove this.
Bipin Mohite in fact called our MD Ajit Kumar Singh last week & he kept abusing him over phone, we also have this evidence as the call was recorded.
We now have enough evidences to file an FIR against Bipin Mohite and we shall make sure he gets penalized, We will even inform his Employer in Japan on this - This is even a case of Dual Employment as he was an permanent employee with his Employer But was also involved in a Business during same time period.
Bipin Mohite does not have any sort of Business Sense, Before starting this association with us even his Mother & Wife both advised him not to get into any sort of Business Venture as they all knew his caliber.
Bipin Mohite does not even has a simple understanding that he took a Franchisee so he invested in a Business and still he keeps saying that he has as if lended his money to us & now he wants it back.
Even POLICE made a statement to his Mother that why is this coming to them, Did he took advise from Police while investing in this Business - NO, Then why now after having losses in Business just because of his faults & mistakes - how can ge expect support from Police, Police made a simple statement that when it is clearly mentioned in the MOU that the Franchisee Fee is Non-Refundable, why is he expecting any kind of refund from the Franchisor.
We had enough from Bipin Mohite till now, We will make sure strict Legal actions are taken against him, He will get penalized for all his deeds, Now he will be answerable both to Legal & also to his Employer as he violated the clause of Dual Employment.

I am asked by Rahul JN Vyas - Franchisee Manager of Unidus, to share my experience if in any means Unidus has not supported or not fulfilled any commitments..
I went through this complain from Bipin Mohite, I also had a look at all his comments added on this website in last 2 years or so, and i found & understood one simple thing that he was not successful in this business & he is asking for refunds now and again.
Even I had asked Unidus people on the Franchisee Fee clause & it was well understood that it was an Fee which was Non-Refundable as mentioned in the MOU as well.
To share my experience with Unidus, I am more than happy working with them as it's now 2 years & I have zero complains against them.
In fact i had earlier took similar recruitment franchisee from some other firm & I incurred a loss of 4 lacs in 1 year, that firm did not had good clients & neither good support system.
Then one of my close friend suggested to go for Unidus Franchisee, I met their MD Ajit Singh & Franchisee Manager Rahul JN Vyas at their HO in Mumbai - it was a BIG set up of 40+ Employees and with over 15+ existing Franchisees operating across pan India.
Before taking up the Franchisee of Unidus, I spoke to their 5 existing Franchisee partners - understood their experience & feedback, I even visited their couple of franchisee offices and finally when i was convinced - I took up their Franchisee and currently doing Good enough as expected.

Sanjit Prasad & Rahul JN Vyas, Franchisee Managers of Unidus Services - Both have shared this post from some Bipin Mohite and they want me to put ahead my experience with Unidus Services till now & my comments to this post.
I am associated with Unidus Services from 3 years now & I have never met this guy Bipin Mohite, I have met many of the Franchisee Partners of Unidus till now but have not even heard this name of Bipin Mohite. All sudden looking at this website with so many negative comments from him and saying Unidus a Fraud company - I am shocked.
I started Unidus Franchisee in 2013 and initially I operated from Home, after few months and looking at the Income I then went for a office set up and hired 2 Recruiters. Now myself & with 2 Recruiters we were able to make decent profits in 1st and 2nd year, Then I added 2 more Recruiters to my team & we 5 were able to generate profits of around 2-2.5 lacs month on month.
I used to regularly visit Unidus HO for various Trainings & meetings, Even the MD Ajit Singh use to regularly visit my office. We just had a meeting last month and Now I am planning to shift my office to Belapur / Vashi and go for a Big office set up which can accommodate 10-12 Recruiters.
I don't see any reason why Bipin Mohite is blaming Unidus for his failure, Even I was earlier into Hotel Business which I operated for 3 years but did not worked out & I lost a big sum of around 40 lacs which was a big set back for me - But I had no one to blame for it, I tried and I failed - it's simple.
Now I am doing Good with Unidus Services, making decent income and slowly & steadily I am recovering the loss I made in my earlier Hotel Business.
I even recommended Unidus Franchisee to one of my family friend & he too took up Unidus Franchisee in Gujarat and is doing Good from last 1 year.
