Union Bank Of India — Deduction through internet banking failure and amount still not refunded back | |||||
Hello I have connected my debit card with my paytm account and regularly I make many transactions like recharge, bus tickets, Bill payments etc. Recently on 5th February 2016 while booking a bus ticket I faced an internet error "transaction failed", after all the process of payments were done. So an amount of Rs. 446 were deducted twice from my account. But Rs. 446 of 1 transaction were refunded back by Paytm, when I called paytm care and told them to about the refunding they said they have already refunded and they have no idea about the 2nd transaction. So i request you to please look forward to my issue and please refund my amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
