Union Bank Of India — Failure of transaction while swiping debit card on date 13-november-2016 | |||
Hello, I wished to make the payment by use of my Debit Card of Account No[protected] clearing the payment of Janata Khadi Bhandar, Pune on 13-November-2016. The transactions was denied/failed two times. The problem is unclear. If the card can not be used for purchase of items or goods, then What is the real use of it?
