I had deposited one share certificate of Vijaya Bank, Regd. Folio No. 00316961, Certificate No.1139916 in the name of Indu Khurana to be dematerialized and be credited in the aforesaid account. The same has not been credited till date. The same have been duly received by your officer on 15.05.2006, copy of which is enclosed.
