Union Bank Of India — I need loan loan sanction letter.

Dear Sir/Madam, To days i went to Union bank laundoor, Mussoorie branch in Dehradun, Uttarkhand. there is a staff member is not giving me letter. They said Branch manager is on leave for 2 week, I need loan sanction letter and loan statement how much i had paid and how much i have to paid letter. Because I am going to take home loan from DHFL so they need this letter is very urgent base. But in the breach has no bady to take responsibility so can you help me. Is their any person can give me the same latters. I am not understand how can the branch is running without manger and who will take decision.
