On 21.03.2017 undersigned visited above said Branch to update my PassBook where the concerned staff simply refused to do it and when i inquired the reason he told me that there is applicable charges and i have to write an application for the same. I further cleared him that I simply need to update my PassBook and i am not asking the Bank Statement and further requested him to show me the Circular if there is applicable Charges to update the Passbook, but he misbehaved with me.
I immediately approached the available Manager to show the Circular but he also told me there is applicable charges but refused to show me the Circular.
I am really shocked and surprise to learn that simply to update the Passbook there is applicable charges.
Kindly revert me if there is any such applicable charges.If not kindly take action of the concerned staff who misbehaved and
refused to show me the Circular.
