I have ordered a product from Myntra on 19 March 2024 and returned it on 23 March 2024 and refunded by the Myntra on 23 March 2024 but not refunded in my bank account. I have contacted to Myntra services centre. They have provided information that they have refunded my amount in bank account contact to the bank account. if you didn’t received your amount in bank, I have contacted to bank account customer care but I haven’t received any response from them. I have called many times to them but they are not responding to my call also today I was paying to my slice, the amount has been deducted but not reflecting in slice. This is not expected.
