Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] Customer Care's response Units under the RUP 99 certificate [protected] have been converted into ARS bonds vide bond certificate 38134728 for 253 bonds under investor Id no.[protected].

Under Id no.[protected] we had received the request for conversion and same was processed on 20-Dec-2006. Accordingly units under the ARS bond certificate 38134728 have been converted into UTI-CCP scheme vide CCP Application no. 1216521 dated 26-Dec-2006 for Rs.25690/-.

Since the UTI MF schemes (including UTI-CCP scheme) have been taken by M/s Karvy Computer Share (p) Ltd. We, therefore, request you to kindly contact to them at below mentioned addresses:

Further the interest amount of Rs. 1760.92 under Id no.[protected] is reported as stale unclaimed in our records. To release the said amount kindly submit a letter mentioning complete address and bank details duly signed by the unit holder S MEYAMMAI along with the self attested copy of signature bearing document as a photo Id proof, (i.e. PAN card/Driving License/Passport), address proof and copy of cancelled cheque or bank statement.
