[Resolved]  Unitech — Flat registration not done!

Dear Sir,
Its more than 4 years, Noida authority is refusing to register the flat, and the reason given is non payment of dues to authorities by Unitech Heights.
As a result, neither we can sell, or take loan against the flat.
Please help.
