Its been six years now and unitech is yet to honour there commitment! In 2007, i booked a flat in uniworld city, cascades, kolkata. I was promised that the possession would be handed over by march 2010 per buyers agreement.I paid 95% of the money in 2007 except 5%, the one to be given at the time of possession. They have never intimated of the status of flat, and on calling up they provide no time-frame of completion or handover, nor are they paying penalty attached to delay in delivery.At site, there has been no progress in last 4-5 years. As of now tower 9 in which i own a flat has slab-casting and brickwork done to date. I need a suitable compensation for the delay in possession of the flat.-- complaint by rinku gupta
