I have ordered 1 wrist watch of benetton, i got watch on time, But watch is not working some time its works some time stop, my order no is: 49260, Invoice no : 39215 .

I ordered for the UCB watch from AVA merchandising. When i received the parcel i found that the glass on the watch was broken and since some glass pieces had fallen inside the watch was not working. I called the Customer care and they registered a complaint and they said they will send a new watch and they asked me to send the damaged watch to the courier person who comes to collect it. Since they said they will replace the product i purchased two more watches. It has been about 8 days and still the courier person has not come to pick it up. The other two watches that i ordered have been delivered in a good working condition. I called the AVA customer care today and the customer care executive said i dont have to send the watch that has got damaged and they said still the complaint is in process and they will deliver the product asap. I am keeping my fingers crossed hoping that the watch will be delivered. Will have to wait and see.

Even i am planning to buy. What you people suggest me.

Benneton Wrist Watch — Product Not Received

I have ordered for Benneton Wrist watch and made payment by my card. I received an SMS saying that the product has been sent on 13th April 2009 ( Order No. OGA[protected] but still I am waiting for the product . Kindly help.

Hi, I have also ordered the watch throughe SBI credit card on 22 June 2009. I got the watch and it is in good and working condition. It is owesome and looks sporty. It is nice option to buy this watch. Thanks!

I purchased a United Colors of Benetton Wrist Watch (6AW7U891B) in the month of May, 09. After 3 months now the leather band of the watch is almost cracked and the glue of the watch is almost gone and the leather is torn out. Please replace the leather band.

I purchased a United Colors of Benetton Wrist Watch (6AW7U891B) in the month of Nov , 09. for my daughter by paying Rs.399 based on imint card offer.

To my surprise, this watch does not work more than 15-20 mintues and it stops. I tried many times but it failed me and l contacted the imint card company and they did replace it so far.
Kindly replace this faulty piece with a brand new working watch of this company.

Three watches (Benneton wrist watches) were delivered against an order for one, again two were returned but the the prices of the returned ones were not refunded yet.

I am regular patron o[censored]nited Colors of Benetton, I not only love your clothing cluture but also their accessories..I have been allocated UCB card (BL57075) on[protected] but till date I have not recieved any benifits from this card...I went to UCB OUTLET (SCO - 106 - 107, Sector 17C, Chandigarh) several times in this regards but their atitude was both rude and unproffesional..This left me with no other options so I am requesting whether this card holds any previlage ??or it is of total despair..

i bought a jeans from ucb model town jalandhar before 5 months n frm that i have only washed my jeans three times and at the last time i washed my jeans colour from the back side leather tag was spread throughout the whole jeans .i went to the shwroom again and i was not allowed to replace it...

i purchase the ladis wantch for my wife paid by credit card. But when i recedived i was completely dispointed becuse dial of the wathc was not good condition and also it was looking old so lodge the complaint to customer service by mail. In mail they given me immediatly replied and said send us watch by courier. But when i asked that peron who will pay the courier charges? till date we dont get revert from them.

i did not expect this type chip thing such like branded company

I hv also ordered the UCB watch. How it works? Is it good to receive the parcel or to send it back... coz I hv chosen to pay on delivery mode. Wot u people would suggest.
