[Resolved] UniverCell Telecommunications — Computerized bills are not given | |||
SIR, I have purchased a mobile ( samsung duos2 ) at Urapakkam - chennai branch last week, where I have not been given the computerised bill when the printer was down at the time of purchase. I came out only with mobile & asked for the bill on next day . The service personnel told me to pay Rs. 100 for the computerised bill & unnecessary arguments also took place . They have asked me that why i have gone without getting the bill on the day when i purchase the mobile. This is not fair for the company like Univercell. Request to send me the bill which I have purchased ( inv no p.ura /84 dt 12/4/2014) My address would be Vasanth kumar, S/O Esakki senthil.
