[Resolved] UniverCell Telecommunications — Non connectivity of Reliance Broadband | |
My father in law ( Shri K. V. Subramanian )an 81 year old man visited your shop at Alwarthirunagar, Chennai and purchased a Reliance Connection Broad band on[protected]. He visited your shop and made payment on the spot and concerned sales man named Prabha said that it will take 3 for 4 days to get connectivity. and till date nothing has happened. I visited your shop yesterday and found that there was not one sales boy who could give me properly and were unwilling to give the number of their senior. When they connected me to their manager he was unwilling to talk to me. Please tell me what should I do. Should I file a Court Case for this or seek compensation. Can I expect a reply from your office regarding the status. This is the second time I have such a problem with your shop. I am a resident of Alwarthirunagar.
