I have claimed my handset damage (9156) for the quick heal mobile protection insurance last year .my claim was approved last year december but till now i didn't get my refund . I have following up with them from last 8 months and given up on them as i didn't get any valid response.They keep on telling that i will get soon but its 8 months now . Sir 2 months its been we are trying to contacu universal insurance broker services hyderabad regarding our claim . No person i spicking call .What shall we do. Shall we complint in police station.I need immediate respose.
