Delhi High Court Stays the Previous Order of Mahamta Gandhi University (MGU) for Chief Justice Bench

New Delhi :In a Judgement the Division Bench of Chief Justice has taken note of the frivolous petition filed by one Md.Sajid, against Mahatma Gandhi University by its counsel Shri Arvind Nigam, Senior Advocate has submitted before Delhi High Court that Md. Sajid is not even the student of the university and he has filed petition on false and fabricated facts based on forged documents.

The university during arguments submitted that some person/ organization with vested interest have been filing false complaints against the university and have been sending false emails against the University for defaming. The university further submitted that the petitioner in the said case have filed fabricated Identity Card to show that he is the student of the university which fact has been noticed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of Chief Justice, Delhi High Court.

The University further stated that the Judgement of Supreme Court in the case of Prof.Yashpal’s does not apply to the case o[censored]niversity as the Supreme Court did not had any occasion to discuss distance education issues in the said case and the issue before Supreme Court was establishment of 122 universities by one single act. Which is not the case with Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya as MGU has been established by MGY Act, 2010.

After considering the above arguments of Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya the Division Bench of Chief Justice, Delhi High Court has stayed the operation of order dated 30.01.2014 pronounced by Justice Manmohan.

All complaints are resolved and strict action will be taken against people who are filling fake complaints against MAHATMA GANDHI UNIVERSITY as it is a recognized university which is empowered to award degrees as specified by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 22 of the UGC Act 1956.

As MGU personnel tried all my patience from past 1 year, with my last hope I am posting my problem to get solution before taking any legal action.

I have appeared for MAB (HR[protected] with enrollment no MGU/122/SN1209028/008, as apart of final sem I have submitted 2 different dissertations also. But till date neither I received my any marksheet nor my result was informed to me. Reason know to MGU only.

From last 10 months I am taking continuous follow up for the same & had discussed this issue with different MGU personnel Ms. Ruchika, Madam Tabassum, Mr.Pranav, Mr. Chand, Ms.Neha & now with Mr. Kapil & Ms. Anita. Every time I used to get same repeated answer to mail my querry by email / send us detailed SMS/ will get by to you by evening etc...But surprisingly after that everybody stop responding to my calls or messages. In short started avoiding me by giving nonsense excuses &some also advised me not to disturb them as they have many other works to do than this. To my surprise till date neither I received any response from them nor my marksheet or restult.

As I have to appear for my Govt entrance exam, I urgently need my marksheets for submission of exam form before 26th Aug 2014 & this will be my last attempt for this entrance due to age limit criteria of the exam.

With this I would like to know whether there is some one from MGU to give solution to my problem before 26th Aug 2014 ? or I will have to loose my chance just because of the lethargic behaviour of MGU personnel who are not at all interested to help candidates in their urgency.

I would like to thank Ms. Neha Sharma Madam for her support & sugesstions to resolve my problem. As per discussion with her, I have forwarded all necessary documents along with the DD of applicable fees to MGU Noida office to get my revised marksheet & she also assured me to provide the new marksheet within 10 to 12 days.

So, time being I can say, someone from MGU responded to my problem with corrective measures for the same. Thanks Again.

i done Diploma in computer Application from ALL INDIA COMPUTER SAKSARTA MISSION ... It seems that MGU is giving mark sheet for the subjects, students never appeared.
I am Prasad Kasture, (enrollment no MGU/122/SN1209028/007) MBA- Marketing 3rd SEMESTER (Via Lateral entry) received my admit card by an email from my Nagpur study center on Mon, Jan 21, 2013 at 2:23 PM with exam timetable as follows mentioning 5 subjects.

Written papers of same 6 subjects have been submitted by my study center to MGU, But I received my 3rd sem mark sheet with 61% & Passed remark with only one subject i.e. MP114 International Business Environment for which I have never appeared for. Same can be crossed checked with the mentioned time table. More to my surprise the wrong mark sheet was duly certified by controller of examination.
After continuous follow up with the coordinator of west zone Mr. Chand Mohammed, received another marksheet with only two subjects against 6, with 64% & passed remarked for MP113 Marketing Management & MP114 International Business Environment. Again I have never ever solved those papers.
When again complaining for the same Mr. Chand replied in very arrogant way & directly refused to help further by saying syllabus is now changed & it’s not possible to correct it. Several times called Ms. Neha who earlier helped us to get our 4th sem mark sheet also ignored our calls & messages.
With this I just wanted to know is there someone in MGU to solve my problem or I have go for RTI to get the proper information & correct mark sheet for 6 subjects I appeared for.

All are deaf here. Nobody even bothered to reply or initiate any action. Thank you to all for their kind concern & help. Will manage this issue through RTI only.

I have received marksheet from MGU but No semester no specialization is written.Can anybody tell me what is Under Credit Based Choice Based Scheme????
