University Of Petroleum & Energy Studies [UPES] — Admission fee refund

I m not getting OTP for refund on my registered mobile number nor in email.I talked to some councellors zthey told me to check in Bank and reboot my phone .I did that too .Bank told me no error from my phone .Then counsellors told me it may be due to technical error in server or website and it will be resolved in few days .I m trying to proceed for refund since 9th November 2022, but still I didn't get OTP on my phone . According to their privacy policy I can get my money refunded deducting 1000 but after trying for so many times I m feeling ditched and deceived .Sort of emotional harrasment to me and my family too .I even wrote mail to [protected]@upes.ac.in but no reply from them .I don't know why they are not trying to resolve the technical issues in their website or server .They are saying I ll get my money, but I am feeling they are deceiving me because none of them said they will resolve that technical issues.Its mentally disturbing us cause we paid 100000Rs to them as well as Application fee of 1350 .I asked them if there is any other way I can get refund, they told me there is only online procedure and in that I m not receiving OTP.
