I had booked urban clap service for my Television Service. The issue was addressed to me correctly however the additional service was been added and I have been asking to pay for it. The professional had asked me to accept the same on the app and he would be cancelling it but he was not able to cancel the same. Your professional damaged my ac and now i am not receiving refund of my charges nor they are repairing my ac under insurance. Fake promises. Never trust urban. Contact [protected]
