I purchased two water filters from urban company on 29-sep-2022. I was promised 1 year of free service which includes free replacement of water filters. When I checked the app now to avail the service as the water taste is very bad, I don’t see an option to book service for the water filters I purchased. All the details regarding purchase of water filters is removed from the app so there is no option to avail any service on the water filters purchased from urban company.
I have all the receipts, warranty cards and other details which clearly mention that the service is provided free of cost for 1 year. I would like urban company to look into this issue and replace the water filter. Please respond asap as I am not able to drink the water from past 2 day from water filter.
