Hi,
I stay at baner, pune. I booked a beauty service on 7th feb2019 for 9th feb2019 and paid rs 1548 online which got deducted from my account imdtly, but did not receive any confirmation via message and on urban clap app. However i called customer care on friday, a lady "sakshi" apologized abt it and connected me to the professional and confirmed the rescheduling on sunday and made sure that i will receive confirmation message this time which i did not receive again.
I waited for the professional to come on sunday, when she dint turn up, again i called up the customer care, again a new member, i explained the matter, she asked me to write a mail on [protected]@urbanclap.com along with the snapshot of the bank transaction which i did right after.
Now they say that they hadn't received the amount as it is stuck at the payment gateway of bank and at the same time they say that they refunded also.
The refund amount they can see rs 999 donno how?
Now again after many calls, every time with new member, they finally confirm that the booking wasn't done but they can see rs1548 from back end which they have refunded yesterday and i should be getting it back. Its sunday today, not able to contact bank as well. No amount has come back to my account, so much time got wasted in discussions and writing reviews and lodging complaint here, couldn't complete parlor activity on this weekend due to all this, tomorrow official travel that means cannot visit local parlor till next saturday. Tomorrow again calling bank, discussions and clarifications will happen with them and even after doing all this, there is no guarantee that i will get my money back especially after checking other complaints that its been 10 days but they couldn't get the refund.
No customer deserves this. I hope, urban clap administration take notice of these complaints and get their acts together and resolve the customers problems with utmost care and importance.
Staying positive and hopeful about the action uc team takes on this.
