Pls refer your letter no. 14756/GEN/UTI/47731786 dated 22/03/2014 regarding up dation of PAN details.
MY Folio no. [protected] fvg Rajendra Wasnik a/c ULIP.I had sent you a letter requesting for providing "Password" for online yearly payments in above scheme. But it is really horrible to find out that you "Genious guys" read it as for updation of PAN details.I can imagine what type of services you can provide to their clients. Keep it up.
Once again I am requesting you pls arrange to provide password for my above mentioned folio o[censored]TI ULIP to enable me to subscribe in time.
Note : I had written that letter in IInd week of March 2014 in hoping I might get it in time, but instead you had replied it on 22/03/2014 and I received it on 12/04/2014 ie after expiry of payment period..Again I must congratulate you for your best services. If still youi are having little bit of wisdom send immediately "password for online depositing premium to my ULIP scheme. MY email address is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] Customer Care's response We had word with unit holder on 22/04/2014 and explain the procedure that he can paid ULIP renewal contribution through NET without PIN and Password. Accordingly he use these facility on 22/4/2014 and successfully paid the contribution.
