[protected] dated on 10/11/1995 and membership no. [protected] in the name of my two daughters karuna jacob date of maturity being 10/11/2011 and dona jacob date of maturity being 10/11/2012 respectively. For karuna jacob its been 7 years and dona jacob its been 6 years, that we have not enquired about this scheme, now we are in need of instructions to redeem the money and where we can approach them. We also would like to know how many units have been added and how much can be redeemed (We had 500 units dated on 10/11/1995 each) Kindly note that we have changed our permanent resident address, thus we have not received any further forms from 2004.
