I am complaining about this matter from last 5 6 months none of the officers are helping me neither responding to my queries kindly help us as sson as possible and help me to register the electric meter that I think is not done yet by the officers.

My old parents are living at hometown and high-tension wire is going above land/house . Broken by rain and windy days . This could be dangerous for my family

Kindly help and take necessary actions ....

Bill for consumer no.[protected] is overcharged continuoulsy for last three month, For September meter reading is 9633 and Amount is Rs.34745, for August 2022 meter reading is 9041 and Amount is Rs18352, for July meter reading is 9009 and Amount is Rs.9147.
Uppcl is continously sending overcharged bill from last three months.
They have warned that if it is not paid in 10 days meter will be disconnected.

I would like to bring to your attention regarding the safety concern. In between electrical poles, the high voltage overhead powerline is at a very low height from ground. The safety risk was raised to the concerned authorities and requested to address on high priority as the same could become hazard. The issue should be resolved immediately as this could potentially be a threat to the inhabitants....

The wire has been brought from a distance of 600 m, due to which the voltage comes very low.
Transformer is not installed in spite of having 8 house
If the transformer is not installed then you will be very pleased to get the poles installed....

I tried online payment in UPPCL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT application form, the amount has been deducted but in my application form it still showing payment failed in my payment status . I request to you to look in to the matter as soon as possible it will be a great help for me....

I have complained about electricity failure in my area at 3 p.m. But the issue has not been resolved even now (7 p.m.)

I am not living in the village and no one is living in this house. Only one CFL used in the night always my bill is coming is upper side around INR 500.

In our village two transformer is burned .
First one is burned on 20 August 2022 due to rain.
Second one burned on 1 September 2022 due to overload.
It bean about 10 day there is no replacement of transformers .
We are suffering from water problem and such many other problems.
Please replace those transformers as soon as possible....

Their is a frequent electricity disconnection in my anant vihar colony nearby mahadev marbles para rajajipuram tikonia 226017 please raise this issue with UPPCL authorities as someone is frequently disconnecting the electricity...

Bill has not been generatied due to faulty smart meter for the month of July. Complaint already been registered on 1912 but no action till date....
