I had purchased 200 ltrs solar water - domestic from m/s. 3 cone marketing services (Of v guard). On 12.5.2014 i made a complaint to the above dealer regarding the non functioning of the above 200 ltrs. Solar water heater. However till today no action has been taken so far. Although their technical staff has come and insepct the above, i am sorry to say that till today i am not getting the required support from them. It seem the dealer has give the defective 200 ltrs solar water heater. May i request you to look into the above and see that the above 200 ltrs solar water heater - domester is put in working condition.
