I have purchased V-Guard Pebble Insta Water Heater on 6th November 2022 at Vasanth and Co. Showroom have placed installation request. I believe during 7th or 8th November, Technical person came to my home during afternoon, opened up the packing and taken water heater and installation done successfully. However after the installation, on the same day evening, indicator and also heater not working properly. On the same day(i.e) 8th November 2022, I have raised online complaint under complaint number SR 1-[protected] 11 days ago however no technical person came and rectified my heater problem. I have followed up with nearest service centre perambur branch however no proper response, also I have receiving calls from 3 different technicians however they didn't turn up to my home in order to resolve the my heater issue. I didnt receive any update or proper response or call from service center as well as they are lethargic. The same I have called customer care and raised this issue and I believe they have escalated twice to next level but still my problem is not yet resolved. I am not able to use my heater effective from the date of complaint for past 11 days ago. I'm unhappy with the services with VGuard. Now I realise that I should have bought the heater with some other brand and not with V-Guard and this is purely no customer satisfaction. Please fix the issue as soon as possible.
