[Resolved] Vacationsgateway.com — Fraudulent transfer of cash from my debit card by generating 3D pin of Rs7999/ | |||

Posing as the officer from ICICI, visa Bank and asked to verify my address & debit card number and then he transferred fradulantly from my debit card Rs:7999/= in favour of VIN *PAY US I also complained this matter to the ICICI, customer.[protected]@icicibank.com and also to icici, [protected]@icicibank.com. The bankers wanted to have the FIR copy to proceed further on this fradulent transaction against Mr.Rahul padmanabhan. Hence i made a complaint by mail on Jan 20, 2014. As per the telephone call of Feb 10, 2014 from the manger of the customercare of ICICI bank, iwas instructed to file a complaint against the company –VIN*PAY US of Delhi. The above firm fraudlently generating 3D pin number without my debit card and my consent to steal my cash and also the goods supposed to be delivered against the bill of this transaction. Since the transaction was carried out meticuliously by the culprit as a geninue transfer and my bankers said they have no other option except to refer the case to cybercrime branch. May i request your office to take criminal actions against above Firm immediately before they cheat many of the people swindling a huge some of cash. My Bankers said they will give all the details on contacting them with the IP address etc to trace the culprit. Being a senior citizen may i request you once again to take criminal action now. My Bankers who the merchant bank who got the money & my bank do not do anything so far. Either they should get the money back or the goods as per the value of transaction. They should report this fraud through their customer care branch at Delhi.
