I had booked 03 flats in the Value Infra Skywalk GNW Project in 2013, paying a total of Rs 50, 00, 000. To date, neither is there any information on the project, nor can I contact anyone from the builder's side. However, on 6th December, the Economic Offences Wing of Delhi Police arrested another director of Value Infracon India Private Ltd from Mumbai. Upon requiring, I was informed that around 100 buyers have to come together according to NCLT. I'm ready to lawyer up and coordinate for the return of our money.
