Dear sir, I have applied for issue of duplicate pan card online though van technologies. Chennai. As per my telephonic discussion today with mr. Mohamed hamza (Tel no[protected], i came to know that this agency is not authorised by the govt of india for making pan card. They acts as a broker only. I have transferred rs. 449 on 26/04/2018 though online icici bank transaction id no [protected] to paytm mobile solution. Please arrange to help me in getting refund of the the amount. I have filled the application on 5/06/2018 and paid Rs 449 online and they have received my documents on 11/06/2018 after there is no communication with Van technologies.
