Varsha Travels — The irresponsibility from the travel authorities side

I have booked ticket with this travels via paytm from bangalore to tirupathi. I was supposed to board the bus @btm @8:00 pm. I called the travels @7:00 pm to know whereabouts of the bus/pickup van. But the person who attended the call replied saying that there has been no reservations done at all for the travel (From bangalore to tirupathi). I clearly saw atleast 8 seats booked while i was booking for myself. Later @ 8 i called back the same person and he said that the mistake was on their side that they did not receive sheet with the passenger details and that i should be boarding the bus @ near majestic. @ 8;00 pm being it a rainy day, how can a girl alone go from btm till majestic. I called them back asking for refunding the money. They accepted the same, but its been a week and there is no refunding yet. Please take action against this travels for being so irresponsible and frauds.
