Vasanth & Co — Damaged Samsung Fridge Received | |||
Hi Team, We have purchased samsung fridge 345 litres (S8) model, I received the product on 14th Jan 2021 and 16th demo person came from Vasanth & Co side instead of Samsung side. While we are checking and found that there is a damage and big dent int product so calles the person who came for demo (Kamaraj), and told about the damage but he pointing against us that you would have made the damage because while doing demo we don't find any damages in the product and also asking to use it as it will make major issue.. I am not sure how he can say like this and we informed within an hour after demo session happened.. We really disappointed to purchase the product from vasanth & co as no proper customer service and support. I would like to get the proper fix or replace the new product without the damaged..
