We are using Venus Lava water heater for 6 years. Recently got the inspection done by urban clap. They checked and told us the element is not working, but everything else looks fine. They did not open or dismantle the product for warranty purposes. But they were sure about the problem.
When we got in touch with Venus for service and repair, one of their guy came and took the product with them. They later on called us after a week and told us to buy a new one since the copper tank needs to be changed.
On informing them about the warranty they told us everything needs to be changed and the tank will be done for free and the price will come out to be what the product price in the market is. On asking for the return of the product the repair guy came and quickly left the water heater at the gate and was running away like a thief. On asking him why is he running away like that, he said I have a product with me and I don't have time for you. We request urgent solution or we will be heading to the consumer complaint forum with our situation. Was this information helpful? |
