I have purchased videocon ac 1.5 ton (5 star) – model no.: vsn55wv2-mda on 12th march
2017 from jayam & co, selaiyur branch, chennai amount of rs.28, 500/- (Rupees twenty eight thousand five hundred only) and installed on 13th march 2017.
The product worked properly only 2weeks. After that swing is not working. Complaint raised and authorized technician came and seen and found swing motor problem and technician said need to change new swing motor. Then, after two day he came and fixed new swing motor. It was worked only one day. Again repeated same problem. (Ref. Complaint detail is enclosed).
Again complaint raised and happened same problem (3 times).
3 times complaint raised and swing motor changed 3 times but problem not rectified and all complaint is failure. Yesterday (27.04.17) also changed new swing motor advised by mr. Satyanarayannan head manager and mr. Sarathkumar branch manger. But not working properly.
Called to mr. Saranth kumar, branch manager, mobile no.:[protected] and mr. Satyanarayanan, mobile no.:[protected], but they are not picking. I sent sms what happened and after replacing swing motor is not working properly.
In this regard, the above said complaint attended 3 times and swing motor replaced 3 times problem is not rectified and all the complaint failure.
This product purchased 12th march 2017 and not completed 2months also. The problems repeating continuously and still not rectified.
Hence, i requested regarding take back your failure model of above said your product and refund the amount rs, 28, 500/- (Rupees twenty eight thousand five hundred only) immediately without fail.
I mailed regarding refund the money to me rs.28500/- and take your failure product on 28th april 2017 and spoken all the problems to customer care service department[protected].
I called to videocon authorised person. But nobody taking phone. Very bad customer service.
I kindly request you to take necessary action and recovery my money immediately.
