Videocon — Air Cooler Manufacturing defect. Worst customer support. | |||
Hi, I purchased a Kenstar Air Cooler on 6th April-2014. On the very first day i found that there is a leakage in its tank. I called customer help desk and i got a complaint no "HYD[protected]" A tech visited my home on 3rd day however I have been provided a time limit of 48 hours for the same. Any way he also confirmed that there is a leakage in the tank and it needs to be replaced. I asked him that its a manufacturing defect so why should i go for a repair? i should get a different product. He told me to raise this concern at help desk. I called help desk then and there and that time i felt completely cheated, helpless and disappointed because they told me to contact dealer for the same. I do not think its logical that Videocon is manufacturing a product and in case of any manufacturing defect i am advised to reach back to dealer? Really nonsense. Well finally i compromised with the situation and told tech to replace the tank only. Up till now neither i get any response from him nor my tank has been replaced. I called customer help desk several times but all the time they said that it will be done soon. Videocon is a reputed brand and what are you providing to your customer? Would you think that i will suggest to buy your product to any one ever in life? This is the worst and most unresponsive service i have ever experienced. I am trying to manage some time so that i can reach out to consumer forum to file in a complain for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
