Videocon — Amount deducted for an unwanted service | |||||
I got a message on 18th November that service activated on my number [protected] and 30 rs charged for this service. When i call videocon customer care they said that i called on 543219 to activate this service at 3:58 pm on 18th November and they denied to refund my money. I checked my call history in mobile as well as in MY VIDEOCON application but there is no such call. It happened many times with me please help me to solve this problem.
