Videocon — cannot view channels on dth

Hi
This is to inform that i am unable to view channels from 31 march 2019 although my plan was till 07/04/2019

And customer care of vediocon dth not responding.

My customer id is[protected] and although my dth account daily reduces i am unable to view channels

Pls look in matter
Contact me on [protected] my registered mobile no.

I want action to be taken against operator and also want the operater compensate for the days loss .

Looking forward whether should i recharge or not as i am unable to view channel. If i recharge now will i be able to see channel
