Videocon — Channel addition during wct20 | |||||
Accidently we pressed 1 for t20 wc channel subscription last month and with in few minutes i called the customer care and cancelled it. Now when we recharged for this month the videocon company took additional 40 rupees from us for the channel we did not use . This is pathetic service from videocon company and they took money from us for the channel we didn't use for 1 month at all. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We regret the inconvenience caused to you due to the IVR system. The IVR system has been designed in such a way that the callers who are interested in activating the Sports channels can activate all the sports channels easily without waiting to talk with our representatives. While designing this IVR system complete care has been taken that no channel gets activated forcefully or erroneously. The automated system asks the caller to press 1 for taking consent for activation. If the caller presses the key 1 then the package gets changed. The caller has complete liberty to skip this option, and talk to our representative. We had to come up with this option of IVR activation to help the Sports fans to activate the channels. As per the package subscription policy, the package can only be changed after completion of the minimum subscription period. We request all our callers to make the selections on all the IVR carefully. Thank you.
