[Resolved] Videocon — Complaint not solved (ref no. del[protected]) | |||||
Hi, I registered a complaint on 14th nov 2016. The issue is that my videocon tv is not working & it's still in warranty period. After logging complaint, i received a call on same day & service officer visited on same day & collected the service charge & assured me that issue will be resolved in 2-3 days. It's been 7 days now & i haven't got any positive response from videocon. Service officer also visited on 19th nov'16 and collected the tv set to get it repaired but still it is not working. I called the area incharge today in hope of some resolution but didn't get any satisfactory response from his side as well. If this is the manner in which videocon deals with it customers then it is not at all acceptable. Kindly resolve the same asap. Pfa bill details for same.
