Incident: whenever my subscription expires there are about atleast 10 calls a day. if a customer does not pick it, company should understand rather bombard me with continues calls. this is violation of privacy and its an issue that needs to be resolved. i have been loyal customer for more than one and years now, things have gone too far now, something needs to be done. this sorta call must to going every other customer who are day or two later to recharge due to various reasons, instead of calling, company can send a text but no.
