[Resolved] Videocon — Customer id[protected]

I have recharge 3 month pack in my customer id[protected] in videocon d2h but same has been disconnected before time and service quality is very poor and i have already complaint in customer id but not received any response and compliant no.[protected].
Please reconnect my product asap.
I am so frustrated towards received reminder call for recharge please help.
